CPCS Telescopic Handler – A17 Course

Course Overview

This course combines theoretical and practical training on the safe operation of telescopic handlers, including the use of different attachments. Participants will learn how to safely carry out lifting, loading, and placing tasks while ensuring compliance with PUWER 1998 (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations), LOLER 1998 (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations), and other relevant safety standards.

Successful candidates will receive the CPCS Red Trained Operator Card for Telescopic Handler (A17). This can be upgraded to a Blue Competent Operator Card after completing the required work experience and NVQ assessment.
