- Risk Assessment and Method Statements Carrying out detailed risk assessments and preparing method statements to reduce hazards and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
- Communication and Coordination Effectively coordinating with crane operators, slinger/signallers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to deliver clear instructions and maintain safe lifting zones.
- Supervising Lifting Activities Overseeing lifting operations and ensuring that work is executed in line with the lift plan and industry best practice.
- Documentation and Reporting Maintaining accurate records, producing lift plans, and documenting safety checks, inspections, and handovers.
