Machine Controls & Set-Up
Familiarisation with operational controls, set-up procedures, and adjustments based on material type.
Feeding and Screening Materials
Safe loading techniques and managing different material properties to optimise efficiency.
Dealing with Blockages
Identifying causes of blockages and applying safe methods for resolution and isolation.
Environmental Considerations

Certification
Successful candidates will receive the NPORS Operator Card. This may be either the standard NPORS card or the NPORS-CSCS Construction Plant Operator Card, widely recognised across UK construction and industrial sites.
